Erasmus Staff Teaching Mobility

Teaching mobility allows teaching staff to teach at a partner universities in abroad. Staff mobility for teaching can be in any subject area/academic discipline in order to promote exchange of expertise and experience on pedagogical methods; allow students who do not have the possibility to participate in a mobility scheme, to benefit from the knowledge and expertise of academic staff from higher education institutions and from invited staff of enterprises in other European countries; to encourage higher education institutions to broaden and enrich the range and content of courses they offer.

The teaching staff mobility action enables staff to spend a teaching period at least 8 teaching hours at a partner higher education institution in another participating European country. The mobility grant is provided to contribute to subsistence costs and to cover travel costs is always managed by Cappadocia University depending on the Project’ budget.

Quota and selection criteria are defined at each Call. All interested staff should follow announcements.

 

Before Mobility:

Mobility Agreement should be filled and signed by the staff and partner university’ coordinator

Invitation letter from partner institution

Permission Letter from HR or the director of the Faculty

Mobility Form

Euro account number

Scan copy of Visa

Transportation tickets

 

After Mobility:

Certification of Attendance

Confirmation letter from host institution

Scan copy of Passport and Boarding Cards

Report on mobility Experience /Presentation

EU Survey

 

The grant is paid in two installments; 70% pre-financing upon the signature of the grant contract but not sooner than 30 days prior to the start of the Mobility and balanced 30% is transferred at the end of the mobility period, pending on receipt by the Erasmus Office of all documentation and the submission of the online EU survey. All payments are processed in euro currency through bank transfer.
