Erasmus Staff Training Mobility
The training mobility supports the professional development of higher education institution teaching and administrative staff in the form of training events abroad (excluding conferences), job shadowing/observation periods/training, courses, practical training at a partner institution or at another relevant organisation abroad. The training mobility activities are expected to improve competences, linked to professional profiles; to increase capacity to trigger changes in terms of modernisation and international opening within their educational organisations; to provide greater understanding of interconnections between formal and non-formal education, vocational training and the labour market respectively; to increase support for and promotion of mobility activities for learners.
The training staff mobility action enables staff to spend at least 2 working days and extend for a maximum of 2 weeks depend on the Project’s budget.
Cappadocia University endeavors to support as many applications as possible within the limits of the available budget. Quota and selection criteria are defined at each Call. All interested staff should follow announcements.
Before Mobility:
Mobility Agreement should be filled and signed by the staff and partner university’ coordinator
Invitation letter from partner institution
Permission Letter from HR or the director of the Faculty
Mobility Form
Euro account number
Scan copy of Visa
Transportation tickets
After Mobility:
Certification of Attendance
Confirmation letter from host institution
Scan copy of Passport and Boarding Cards
Report on mobility Experience /Presentation
EU Survey
The grant is paid in two installments; 70% pre-financing upon the signature of the grant contract but not sooner than 30 days prior to the start of the Mobility and balanced 30% is transferred at the end of the mobility period, pending on receipt by the Erasmus Office of all documentation and the submission of the online EU survey. All payments are processed in euro currency through bank transfer.
