School of Applied Sciences

The School of Applied Sciences aims to raise individuals who are experts in their respective fields, who can adapt to business life in a short time, and who have high communication skills, can produce fast solutions and can think analytically. Our graduates are individuals who know how to learn, and are able to adapt easily to changes and developments in their sectors.

We provide our students with the necessary means, methods, procedural information and theoretical knowledge for their fields, thus preparing them for a professional career. The curriculum is structured to prioritize the latest information, and our programs are designed in consultation with representatives of the sector to identify their specific needs and are updated periodically. Our Students are provided with the theoretical knowledge required to work in their field, with practical training given that has been developed based on this theoretical knowledge. Basic practice trainings are held in fully equipped workshops and laboratories in our School, and our students are provided with industrial training before graduation.

The departments that provide training in aircraft maintenance have been authorized as “Approved Training Organizations” by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation of Turkey, which also approves the content of the training. Our graduates are ahead of their peers, enjoying the advantages of experience and preferential employment access. With the bestowed authority, Cappadocia University can also provide the module exams within its body that are required by authorized technicians.
