The phenomenon of healing, which lives in the written, oral and visual culture of Anatolia, is addressed through an interdisciplinary academic meeting.
The process of calling for papers for the International Symposium “Healing in Anatolian Culture” which will be organized with the support of the National Commission of Turkey and the European Union of Cappadocia University of Cappadocia (KAM) has begun, hosted by the Cappadocian Cultural Research Center (KAM).
We invite researchers and scholars to meet in Cappadocia in a broad framework ranging from the history of medicine to folk medicine, from visual culture to material culture, from rituals to archaeological findings.
