Yoga activity is organized for our students who want to take a short break from the daily intensity and restore body-mind balance. In the event, which will be held with instructor Sema Yanık, participants will have the opportunity to relax both physically and mentally through the practice of breathing and movement-oriented yoga.
This event, which will be held in a calm atmosphere, will offer participants the experience of stretching, focusing and relaxing. We invite all our students who want to get acquainted with yoga or improve their practice to
