How about taking a short break from your daily pace? The Yoga Therapy Event to be held at our university offers a pleasant and mindfulness-oriented meeting where you can also relax your mind while stretching your body.
In the event, which will be held with an expert instructor in the field; breathing exercises, basic yoga therapy practices and relaxation techniques will be experienced. With these practices that promote both physical relaxation and mental balance, you will have the opportunity to open space for yourself in the intense academic process.
The event is open to all our students, regardless of experience level.
