OPERATING ROOM SERVICES

It is aimed that graduates of the Operating Room Services program will achieve the following Program Educational Objectives:

PEO1: Able to prepare surgical interventions performed in the operating room environment and the new and modern methods and devices developed in this field for use,

PEO2: Applies professional ethical rules and regulations set by regulatory bodies/institutions,

PEO3: Has teamwork skills, can take active roles in a team, and possesses strong communication skills,

PEO4: Follows innovations in science and technology, continuously improves and renews themselves, and embodies professional ethics to become a qualified operating room services technician.

1. Academic Achievement and Student Performance
Graduation Rate: Indicates the percentage of students who graduate from the program within a certain period.
Average GPA: Used as an indicator of students' academic performance.
Pass Rate: The percentage of students passing their courses at the end of each semester or year.
2. Employment and Career Development
Graduate Employment Rate: The percentage of graduates who find a job within a certain period after graduation.
Time to Employment: The average time it takes graduates to find employment after graduation.
Rate of Employment in Relevant Fields: The percentage of graduates working in fields related to their education.
3. Program Quality and Reputation
Accreditation Status: Whether the program is accredited by national or international accreditation bodies.
Student Satisfaction: The level of satisfaction of students regarding course content, instructors, and the overall structure of the program.
Alumni Satisfaction: Feedback and satisfaction levels of graduates regarding the program they completed.
4. Faculty Performance
Instructor Success Rate: Evaluation of instructors based on student feedback and academic achievements.
Research and Publications: The number and quality of research projects, published articles, and awards received by instructors.
In-Class Participation and Student Relations: The level of interaction and communication between instructors and students.
