Financial registration procedures for students enrolled at our university in the 2024-2025 academic year and before will be conducted online between September 10 - September 30, 2025. The financial registration process is outlined below.

Step 1

The "Student Information Form" at kayit.kapadokya.edu.tr must be completed. The information in the form must be checked and any necessary corrections must be made before saving. Students entering the form for the first time can access the form through the "New User Registration (For First-Time Users and Re-registration Students)" tab. The student information form must contain the "Student Number" and "Date of Birth." The student number can be found in the "Find My Student Number" tab using the Turkish Republic ID number, father's name, and verification code. The mobile number must be entered in the contact information tab, SMS verification must be completed, and the confirmation code received must be entered in the relevant tab.

After approving the declaration forms, you can proceed to the next step.

2. Step

In the window that opens, click the "Payment/Financial Registration" button (directed to odeme.kapadokya.edu.tr).

** Students with a full scholarship must also complete this step.

In the new window that opens, enter your "Turkish Republic Identification Number" and "Student Number." Then, click the "Send Verification Code" button. The code will be sent to the phone number/email address you previously registered, accessing the payment page.

On the screen that opens, select the appropriate payment type. Click the "Redirect to Payment" button to access the "Card Information" window. After completing the required information on this page, click the "Pay" button to complete the payment process.

3. Step

Once the registration documents are checked and the financial registration process is completed and approved (these processes can be tracked at kayit.kapadokya.edu.tr), the student's registration will be confirmed within 24 hours.

Payment System Options
  • Cash Payment: The amount displayed in the Bank Transfer/EFT line on the "Student Payment System" page is sent to the IBAN on the same line, along with the recipient's name and description.

**Students making cash payments using the Bank Transfer/EFT option must log in to kayit.kapadokya.edu.tr and upload their receipts to the appropriate area. Payment confirmation and approval processes are completed within 24 hours and approved.

  • Credit Card Single Payment: Select "Credit Card Single Payment" and enter your card information to complete the payment.
  • Credit Card Installment Payment: (only for participating bank cards**) Payment can be made with the "Credit Card Installment Payment in 5 or 10 Installments" option.
  • Credit Mail Order Payment: Payment can be made with the "Credit Card Mail Order Payment in 10 Installments" option.
